Roque is very knowledgeable and professional, his equipment is top of the line. I really enjoyed his style, he guides you through the moves and corrects you when necessary without being loud. He is kind and makes you feel at ease. 1000% recommended. Definitely worth the investment

I have been working with Roque for a little over a month. We have been focusing on flexibility and routines I can do when I am traveling. He is very knowledgeable and pushes you for results. He is a great trainer and I would highly recommend him.

I have known Roque for over 2 years and have taken a variety of his classes at multiple facilities. I found each one to be beneficial, unique and challenging. Recently I have begun training with him on a one on one basis and with his knowledge and guidance I have significantly improved my flexibility and range of motion. This in turn has helped me achieve my lifting goals and adds to the speed at which I recover from my workouts. If you have the opportunity to try his one on ones, do it!

Roque has been training me since July. Two months ago I started training five days a week with him. At 62, my posture, flexibility, balance, stamina and strength are better than ever as is my physical appearance. Roque closely observes and corrects as needed while encouraging me to push myself and overcome mental roadblocks. I highly recommend his services and know that you will not be disappointed.
