RecommendedHIGHLY recommend!! Started working out at Roni’s during COVID because I didn’t trust my other gym to keep it clean. Roni keeps everything very sanitary and limits the number of people that can be in the facility. I also purchased training sessions because I need a spotter to use weights. She listened to my health concerns surrounding a vestibular disorder and has never once overtrained me or aggravated my condition. She’s a rare find in the fitness world!! Roni’s Fitness & Day Spa is incredible!!! You must try the Infrared Sauna and the Detox foot soak! I feel amazing! Even got my workout in! Thank you Roni!!!
