Closed their doors while I held I just purchased a certificate for over$200! Will not communicate about their intention of what they plan to do about refunding money!
I had a great experience with the staff and Kim, I did not have to wait and the treatment was relaxing. The staff are friendly and up to date on the product information. It does help with cellulite, drink ample amounts of water and do at least 15 min of exercise and the results will be evident.
I bought 12 sessions on Groupon for the body cavitation. I also bought 12 more sessions for another body part. I have had 6 sessions for the 2 areas of my body. First of all, this is a very painful process. After treatments, I am sore for a few days. Secondly, it doesn't seem to work. Kim told me that I would see results after 3 sessions. I purchased 24 ultrasonic cavitation treatments through Kim in April. I had about 10 treatments on the back of my thighs and 10 treatments on my stomach. I still have 4 sessions remaining but refuse to go back due to Kim's unprofessionalism and her faulty devices. Below is my experience with Body By Kim. Kim is VERY DIFFICULT to deal with as a client and she is not even remotely nice to her staff. She has very high staff turn-over as a result. I tried to make a repeat appointment from one week to two weeks later and neither of the two gals were still working for her. Her people skills leave something to be desired. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THE GROUPON - THERE IS NO DEAL WORTH IT TO PARTICIPATE IN THESE TREATMENTS.
