Body by Design is the best!! The classes are created to challenge people within every level of fitness. No two workouts are ever the same, and the music is AMAZING. Highly recommend trying out a class to see for yourself!
I love BBD! Jen changes up the workout daily so it's never the same! It's a fun workout atmosphere and the music is always great. I have also taken classes with Brit & Jill - their classes are a great sweat as well.
Jen and her team have created a safe place for people of all shapes and sizes to push themselves toward a healthier lifestyle. I've never been shut out of a class or had a class cancelled. I can push myself, challenge myself, and have fun doing it! BBD offers cardio, strength and even stretch classes that are different every time!
