Dr. Bloch is a wonderful doctor. Had a couple procedures and all is perfect. However, his staff has a lot to learn on the information provided to already customers. Failed to tell me if I want to re-schedule I need to let them know 48 hours, not 24hrs. Otherwise there is a fee of $100.00. If not collected appointment can not be re-scheduled. NO PROBLEM, IF I ONLY WOULD HAVE BEEN ADVISE OF THE RE-SCHEDULDING PROTACAL. STAFF WAS ROOD WHEN I STATED THAT NO ONE HAD NOTIFY ME UPON IT. I would have called 48hrs. before but had no ... read more
Today I had a surgical procedure performed at the surgical center at Body By Block in Highland Park Illinois! I can ONLY say that it was the most incredible experience I’ve ever had! Thank you Dr. Bloch and your wonderful team! Simply just incredible! Thank you everyone!
