No customer service here. I tried to get an estimate and left pictures of the damage to my car. The owner never got back to me. After waiting over ******************* as I was driving by and waited another 1/2 hour before the owner finally came out to see me. The owner sensed my frustration and refused to work with me and give me an estimate. Don't waste your time going here. If he treats his customers this way imagine how he'll fix your car. I wouldn't give this business 1 star except it's required to file this complaint.

Body Builders was recommended to me, as I have never dealt with an accident or insurance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was not looking forward to all that was involved with the insurance company, but they were very knowledgeable and helped to make the whole ordeal go smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has been in this situation.
