Excellent massage and top-notch customer service. I found Body Balance using Google search near home and I couldn't be happier that I did. I would recommend their services to anyone and plan to continue treatment for years to come.
Incredible medical massage! I've come here for years, and I attribute part of how well my body moves to my maintenance massages from here. I love the pricing (and that they take insurance), and it includes cupping and hot stones if I need it. They offer shorter massages and as long as 120 minutes, but I always opt for 60 or 90 minutes. Highly recommended
I was a return client until Jessica was super unprofessional and condescending when I could not make it in for an appointment due to weather conditions. Not knowing someone’s personal situation and scuffing it off as no big deal, not the best way to keep loyal customers. Will not be returning. Jacked up prices at the beginning of the year and completely overcharging for fees when you cannot come in. Furthermore, I won’t be talked down to like a child when I tell someone I have to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
I have had several dry needling sessions with the owner Tanya. She is very skilled in this discipline and truly shows her dedication to the welfare of her patients. She did a great job explaining the dry needling procedure while answering any of my questions or concerns. I would recommend body balance for any of your medical message needs.
