NO NO NO NO Im a 16 year old girl, who went with my mom and a friend to get my nose re pierced. I have never felt more uncomfortable. The piercer was tremendously unprofessional and took advantage of the fact that my mom was not next to me when I was about to receive my piercing. He continually made inappropriate comments and had me open my legs wide, instead of piercing from the side. Would not recommend.. please read First of all the hire some of the worst help imaginable, The tattoo artist are GREAT dont get me wrong, Dan is awesome as is Jack but their piercers (i. e their 'main' body piercing person, Scott) are awful!!!! question.. this sint a review or anything i just had a question, see i wasent sure if there was an age limit you had to be and also with an adult. im 15 and i wanted to get my lip pierced. would that be ok? because some places you have to be 16&&have your parent.
I think they are great! I have had two piercings, two tats and going in this week to get another one! I love both of the tats they did a great job and my mom also got hers at the same time and I like it too! Though the artist forgot to put a flower on there ( it was a humming bird with a light colored flower) He is willing to take care of it for her no prob! Nice Place, Nice People I met Skot 5 yrs ago when I needed my right ear pierced and my left ear piercing widened. I found Skot knowledgeable and sanitary (you would be surprised how other places are about ear piercing). I have returned multiple times for widening and new earrings. I did find it a little difficult to get to know Skot but after you do get to know him he is a really nice guy. I suggest you give him a chance and you will see he is a good guy.
I love body armor Body armor is great, they have a great prints of tatoos ,and also do custom work, massive choice, and also do body piercing. The service is the best, very knowledgeable staff, very talented, personable artists. The prices are reasonable. In a conveniant, easy to get to location & decent parking.
Disrespectful, unprofessional artist messed up my tattoo It's been a while since I got my tattoo at Body Armor in Jan 2010, but it was such a bad experience for me that I still get really upset thinking about it. I recommend AGAINST this place -- and especially this artist -- in the most emphatic way possible. Body Armor piercer ain't half bad I feel I need to defend Skot here. I have been pierced by Skot at Body Armor a total of 13 times now. I would not continue to go back if he were as horrible as some of you are making him out to be. His prices are totally reasonable, he has a smooth, quick hand, and I personally find him very friendly and easy to be around. As for his appearance which seems to be an issue for some, WHO CARES! Body Armor is good for ink, NOT PIERCINGS! I agree, Scott, the body piercer is disgusting. Attitude, appearance, and work. He is totally awkward to be around and I would never have him do work on me. Not because of his appearance totally, (it is an issue) but he doesn't have the best reputation for solid work. As for Tattoo's I love the staff they do great work and I will be a returning customer.
