Sent here as a referral but they canceled my appointment because I did not complete new patient paperwork 1.5 hours before the appointment. They called and canceled on me as I was about to begin the paperwork, told me I was not able to rebook, as Dr Campbell is no longer taking new patients? If this is policy, please add it to the reminder text so people know they have to have things filled out several hours/days before the appointment starts or it will be canceled. Have to seek services elsewhere.
I have Schizoaffective disorder. I moved from Chicago and found Dr. Rachael Campbell. She told me that she was a temporary solution until I found a permanent doctor. She also said that if I couldn’t find a permanent solution, she’d be there to help me. I saw a PA that she recommended and it wasn’t a good fit. - So I tried to make another appointment with her and was DENIED. - She literally told me I could come back to her until I found a good fit. Sadly was never contacted after my initial appointment after being told I was going to be referred for specialist treatment. Never heard from the supposed referrals they made nor did quest have the labs sent to them like the provider said she would.
Christa is amazing and makes the entire experience so wonderful and easy.
