Asked for service before peak summer heat for A/C we had installed a few years ago. The team was responsive and gave me all the info I needed right away, and sent plenty of reminders of the appointment. John arrived toward the beginning of the window, was friendly, and inspected furnace, condenser, fan, setup, thermostat and more. He didn’t suggest any additional services, but gave very up to date and valuable insights into how to manage our appliances and what could be improved. Absolutely recommend!
I thought my broken unit was end-of-life, but John recommended a capacitor replacement, and he had us up and running in no time.
