I contacted Bodnar to initiate regular HVAC checkups, since my previous HVAC company (Shepherd's) went out of business. Phone contact with Bodnar was courteous and helpful (I think it was John's wife whom I talked with). John B. made the visit (I'm in Menlo Park).
