I’ve been working out at Bodles SuperSlow personal training for over 25 yrs. I’m addicted! Great staff, esp Bill Bodle and his daughter, Debbie. The workout is custom tailored to each individual, to make for a total body workout in 30 minutes. The slow part is what builds up muscles. Once you try it, you’ll never go back!
I have been going here for more than 20 years. Not a fancy establishment but I have been able to keep my muscles in tone with a twice a week 20 minute workout. They use Ken Hutchens SuperSlow techniques so the is little chance of hurting yourself. I am not a muscle bound guy but I am in fairly good shape for a 79 year old.
I've been lifting weights here for almost 20 years, and it's one of the smartest things I've ever done! It's a fundamental part of my live long and prosper plan!
Very smart workout. Slow lifting of weights avoids injury and increases strength. Trainer Leslie Wilson is experienced and at the top of her game. I highly recommend this organization
