I cant say enough good things about Bodine Construction Services. I had water intrusion into the subterranean level of my Seattle home that had been improperly repaired by another contractor. We had water coming in to the basement of our 1904 house during heavy rains. It wound up being a tricky problem because there were issues with both an existing interior drain that didn't extend far enough and exterior pavers that were funneling water over the foundation. Bodine diagnosed the issues and gave us options to fix. We wound up going with an exterior channel drain that will keep water away from the house entirely. We recently purchased an older home that needed a substantial amount of work. Throughout the process we spoke with and worked with a variety of companies and contractors. Bodine Construction Services Inc. is a phenomenal company that I would highly recommend to anyone experiencing a drainage problem. We had water pooling under our house and in our yard. When the builder would not honor the warranty to rectify the problem, we had to go through arbitration.
