I have had a horrible experience with this place he said he would work with us and help us get into something better so we could get to my daughter's Riley's appointments safely and Everytime we would call back at the time he said he came up with excuse after excuse and then this last time I just called because he said call back at 4:30 he hung up on me of you didn't want to help you could have just told me instead of waisting my time and giving me the run around
I have bought two vehicles from here. The owner is pleasant and easy to work with. He takes care of his customers. Something you don't see much of. Most used cars places send you on your way as is and don't fix anything. He alsk helps find loans for people with bad credit which is how I got my first vehicle from him. And it ended up fixing my credit.
Jim helped us get a good deal. But we got sold a car with so many issues to the point it wouldn’t start for us twice. First time was before we even had it for a month. We’ve called and went to him multiple times and it’s always “we’ll get it looked at and worked on for you” with no follow ups, nothing. We got a car to be more reliable and it turns out to be less reliable then the one we traded in with way more issue. I’m disappointed.
