Scammed me out of $200 dollars. Had me pay up front and told me there would be a nutrition plan and 2 guaranteed visits which he kept delaying to the point that we were at the end of the month and he was still unavailable. When I said I want to cancel the plan because I hadn’t received the sessions anyways which was $100 each, he ignored my texts.

Justin is amazing, i cannot say enough about him as a personal trainer. I worked with him at the gym for over a year. I had a really bad shoulder injury. When we started , Rotator cuff dislocation. He came up with exercises that supported and helped build the muscles around the injury until I was recovered. He used his training To then help me do exercises that slowly built up the muscles around my injury. Justin is an amazing fitness coach. He seriously knows the right exercises and nutrition to get where you want to be, as long as you follow his instructions and keep at it, you will get amazing results with his program. I’ve lost almost 30 pounds in about 6 months and I couldn’t be happier!

I have been working with Justin for several years and I can’t recommend him enough!! I’ve worked with several trainers and none have been nearly as knowledgeable, friendly and effective at helping me reach my goals as Justin has. His knowledge of the body and nutrition is extremely vast and his personality makes him so much fun to work with. I always look forward to my sessions with Justin as not only do they work my body, I leave the session feeling uplifted in the mind as well. HIGHLY recommend. Bodiez by J!!

Cannot recommend Justin enough! He was great to work with and made plans and routines that fit my schedule. I would say if you are looking for an attentive online trainer, then look no further!
