I had shoulder surgery to clean out, well everything. Colleen helped me recover quickly. My orthopedist, Dr. Goranson is quite happy with my progress. Colleen is great at PT, a good listener, yet candid. Speaking of candor, when I first met her she informed me that my problems started way before I got shoulder surgery, so we have been working on perfect posture and she works with me to use perfect tennis motion so I will be able to trounce my brother in tennis when I am 100%. Bodies in Motion is great! They’re always very prompt and understanding of concerns I have in the moment, and they work hard to personalize my care to achieve my goals (hopping back on my bike, namely). Thank you to the whole team, and a big shout-out to Colleen!
Bodies in Motion provided excellent PT following shoulder replacement surgery. Staff are exceptionally knowledgeable and compassionate. I’ve acquired exercises that will continue to improve my posture and overall physical functioning.
