I went to this physical therapy office and had a terrible experience. First of all the office is jammed packed with equipment and some patients. Secondly, I was assigned to an intern. He was actually pretty good but his internship was over after my second visit. After that I had 3 different therapist for the next 3 sessions. That was my last visit to that place. I had the misfortune of visiting Colleen. She did not sanitize her hands prior to touching me. She misdiagnosed me "look at that winged scapula" and asked me to undertake exercises on the FLOOR (!!) of the dirty exam room. When I refused, she shrugged and said "Okay use the wall then" Absolutely unprofessional behavior on multiple accounts and I left so humiliated. Would not recommend.

I was really disappointed that I wasn't given a chance to comfort my baby until things had already escalated. It truly felt like the priority was sticking to the scheduled session rather than my child's well-being. The session in question was on June 4th, 2024. I received the insurance bill on June 10th and promptly paid the full amount listed on June 17th, 2024, based on all records. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a healthcare facility. I brought my 6-month-old for a consultation. We were left waiting for over 15 minutes, then ushered into a tiny room with three therapists, two of whom seemed to be assistants. Naturally, my baby was overwhelmed by the strangers and new environment and started crying. They wouldn't even let me comfort her, insisting I "let her cry it out." My 11 year old dislocated his knee and required physical therapy to recuperate. Bodies In Motion was one of just a few places that accepted our insurance, and was very close to our home as an added bonus. Great team, very clear communication, we had a great experience overall!
