I visited Taylor due to some hip and hamstring issues I was having. Her therapeutic approach involved both “in office” massage, and a stretching regimen I could accomplish at home, and was highly effective in relieving the aches and pains I was experiencing. I would not hesitate to see her again…she’s terrific!

Taylor is amazing at what she does. She has so much knowledge and wisdom and put me right at ease at my first appointment. The pain relief was significant and such a relief! And her office is beautiful and soothing with a nice view of an atrium in one of our historic buildings on Main Street. The whole experience was great. I would recommend her to anyone and will definitely be going back.

I had never been to this kind of massage. I suffered from tight neck and shoulder muscles for a long time and Taylor's myofascial massage technique helped me a lot.

I recently visited Taylor at Bodies in Balance due to a referral from a family member that was dealing with Sciatica. She recovered after one session. I went in with severe femeral nerve pain and had two sessions a few days apart. The relief from the treatment was wonderful. She put me on a regiment of exercises I'm doing at home that are helping considerably. I highly recommend her for relieving various body pains.
