Bodies by Burgoon is such a special place. Jason is attentive and makes the experience enjoyable while challenging. The environment is welcoming to all bodies. The other members are friendly. I am stronger and more confident. I thoroughly enjoy going to workout and the uniqueness of this place is a big part of that.
I've worked with many personal trainers throughout my life. None of them have come even close to matching Jason in terms of knowledge, experience, and compassion. He has such a deep understanding of human anatomy, body mechanics, and injury prevention, and I learn something new in every session I have with him. I have been to various gyms and classes throughout my adult life, and nothing compares to Bodies by Burgoon. Both Jason and Aldon are incredibly knowledgable in strength training. The information I have gained about posture and form are priceless. I highly recommend!
I just started working out here a couple of weeks ago and I already feel stronger and my limber. They make it easy to feel comfortable and let you know exactly what to do in a way that’s individualized so it’s neither too much or too little.
