I first went to Jason and the team not confident in overall fitness with goals to lose weight and gain muscle. That was over 14 years ago and after my first 6 months I was down 20lbs, getting toned, ran my first 5k and climbed a mountain. Working out at Bodies By Burgoon is fun and effective way to build muscle and strength and be part of the community of like-minded people. Jason is a great trainer and is very skilled on helping each individual get the most out of their experience and see results.

I always love my “me” time at BBB! The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and I learn something new each time I train there. The workouts well organized and I always leave feeling strong.

I hope I can be as clear and to the point the best possible way to reach as many people as possible. I have a long laundry list of past injuries and an even longer list of symptoms that have, point blank.. debilitated my everyday for the last 2 1/2 years. Total gem of a gym! My wife and I love how personal the connection is with our trainer who is also the owner. He’s built a real community here which is just leagues above the big gyms like Lifetime or LA Fitness.
