Great experience. Jason clearly knows his stuff and my posture and functional health have never been better. The gym has a great atmosphere of love and support. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to feel better in their body.

Bodies by Burgoon is such a special place. Jason is attentive and makes the experience enjoyable while challenging. The environment is welcoming to all bodies. The other members are friendly. I am stronger and more confident. I thoroughly enjoy going to workout and the uniqueness of this place is a big part of that.
I've worked with many personal trainers throughout my life. None of them have come even close to matching Jason in terms of knowledge, experience, and compassion. He has such a deep understanding of human anatomy, body mechanics, and injury prevention, and I learn something new in every session I have with him. I have been to various gyms and classes throughout my adult life, and nothing compares to Bodies by Burgoon. Both Jason and Aldon are incredibly knowledgable in strength training. The information I have gained about posture and form are priceless. I highly recommend!
