Ben makes working out fun, even for those of us for whom it is not innately. One of his great strengths is meeting someone where they are, anywhere along the spectrum from couch potato to Marine or competitor. While I don't miss working out on the days I do not, I miss hanging with him - he's become 'ohana to so many of us. Wouldn't train with anyone else.
