It was an intense class. It has been some time since I did a hot yoga class but I enjoyed the practice and the instructor was very soothing and appreciated her spirit.

Went here 1 year ago for a massage. Just got charged TODAY for a spa service used by someone else because this place used my card which they kept for 1 year. I called to complain and they didn't resolve. Beware!
Had a 90 min Lavender Scrub done by Trish. She was amazing. Best massage I've had by far!!
