Love Bodhi Barre! The instructors are so motivating and skilled. I was almost surprised when each class ended, I hadn't noticed how quickly the time passed I was having so much fun. The dance element feeds the emotional self while getting a fantastic physical workout. Loved the all female atmosphere as well, very empowering!
A true gem in Syracuse
Bodhi Barre is an incredible experience. It combines small moves for a complete over-all work out that increases both strength and flexibility. The staff is supportive and encouraging. Best of its kind!
