What started out as a good experience for my mother over the first 1.5 years, quickly soured toward the end of her stay. I could see a definite decline in the care she received. Issues like her not receiving her diabetes medication and her having terrible sores from not being cleaned properly. They were always losing her laundry. They went through at least 4 directors while she was living there, then let go the nursing director and it took them a long time to replace her. Our mom moved in about 2 weeks ago and we are so impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the inviting/homey atmosphere and all the activities offered.
Kindest staff! The food smelled amazing!
