As I have witnessed in the court room, he is clearly paid by the hour, as he drags things out with his slow talking and inability to be prepared for court. A case was continued because he failed to serve the other party in time. Imagine paying an attorney to be there in court, just to have the court say you will have to pay your attorney to be here another day because HE didn't do his job. He complains about getting emails and having to be at court for more than two hrs, does not seem to want to work.
