Always used Marty for my Court ordered appraisals. He does a great job
Trent and his appraisal process was garbage. I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone. The comps pulled were for much older homes and he still priced my newer home under the old homes due to “interest rates”, as well he said my house was worth less than every single home in my city. He rushed the process and had to have me send him pictures he forgot and continued to talk throughout the entire appraisal about his divorce.
