best service ever and a fair price defenitly recomend. that other guy was absolotly wrong
Poor communicators. Did an appraisal for us and were supposed to fill out the comments section but never did. Won't respond to emails or phone calls and we put a lot of money down in earnest which is now non-refundable. Very close to closing date now and appraisal holding everything up because of their poor communication. With smart phones there is really no excuse. My realtor, lender, and even myself have tried calling but no response. Phone just goes to the fax machine there's not even a voice mailbox.
