Ray is absolutely fantastic. The space was clean and professional. He is immediately comforting and was very accommodating to my needs. I wanted something more targeted like a medical/sports massage to help with some chronic pain and after our first session, I couldn't help be smile and laugh because it had been so long since I was able to feel some relief. Ray was recommended by a friend (who is a massage therapist), and I just had a great first massage! I’ve been training a lot recently and was looking for someone with sports massage experience. He is respectful, knowledgeable about muscles, seemed to understand and react to what my body needed, listened to my requests for changing pressure, periodically checked-in, and incorporated some stretches and breathing.
