I would have gave this apartment complex a two stars but with all the hassle, communication, had to switch units, packages being stolen was just too much. With rent and utilities, the cost is too high. The apartments is always late issues you a utility bill, sometimes the company wait three plus month. My first nine month living here, I paid for one bill and then got billed for eight months worth of bills. The commutation with the leasing office is bad. Where do I even start. I lived in this building for 2 years and when I say I had nothing but problems.. first of all, management is AWFUL and unhelpful/ very rude. you’re lucky if you get a response back from them. Apartments are overpriced for what you get, it’s humid and there is zero ventilation. Had my car window smashed TWICE because you have a homeless shelter outside of your apartment, had people coming in and stealing food from the community fridges and ripping the cameras down, packages stolen, AND they refused to h... read more
NEVER move here. Especially if you’re disabled! I lived here for 3 horrible years. Here is a list of just some of the things we had to go through. There is No ADA button on any door. There are 2 elevators side by side. The right one hasn’t worked in probably close to a year now. The left one constantly breaks down and they take their sweet time getting it fixed. Stay away!!! Absolutely horrendous experience renting from this property on every level!!!!! Lived here for 3 years. Every year they double charged me for March rent. This year they refused to respond to me and fix it til my rent was late and locked me out of the rental portal and then charged me a late fee. Total Scam!!! Then i tried to apply for another apartment at another building. They took my application fee and "administion" fee of $250 and never replied to my application with a lease or notice of decline for 3 months... read more
