Do not rely on her word. She took my booking over the phone. She advised in her email on 26 June 2018: "Those dates will be fine. I will send you my BSB detail closer to the time for payment. I will block it out on Airbnb for you." I then twice emailed her, asking if I could pay a deposit to lock it in. I attempted to phone her three times, and only got through today. When I finally spoke to her, I was advised there was a long term rental in there. It would have been nice to have been told earlier.
It was a lovely house for our Holiday. Plenty of room and beautifully decorated. I'll definitely be here again!
