Dropped by Hardee's in Ayden NC tonight at 8:56. After grocery shopping at the nearby Food Lion, we decided to quickly go through the line to pick up a beverage. I checked closing time prior to heading there. There was one vehicle at the speaker. When we pulled up to give our order it was 8:56. We were told they were closed. The other vehicle was being served. Perhaps they shouldn't post hours on the Internet or it could just say "we close when we want to". Where did Hardee's customer service go?
The employees are hard working, cordial at the Saluda ,virginia Hardee’s. The young employee was very swift and polite. When she took my order, I asked if could sun the tater tots for my fries with my bag meal. She then proceeded to take order and said will see what I can do sir. When she arrived to my table I had my order as asked for thank you again. We had also discussed that with an extra fee maybe having that as an option per order. I ordered a big bag lunch at your store in South Hill, VA. I’ve been a customer here since you opened in 1977. I won’t be back. Double cheeseburger was cold so I took it to counter and got another almost as bad. Also got a cold hotdog on a cold bun that was completely breaking apart. Employees just don’t care. I suggest you either straighten out problems or just close the location. This place is hurting the reputation of your entire chain!
The Cameron North Carolina location at buffalo lakes rd is horrible.worst service ever.you can stand in front of the counter for several minutes and then be completely ignored
