40$ for her to spend less than 5 minutes total on my hair. Flat out refused to try and fix a collick , used clippers on one side of my head but on the other side only clippers half it. Worst haircut I have ever had. I have paid 9$ at great clips or super cuts for a better job than this. 40$ for 5 minutes is insanity. If it had turned out ok I wouldn't be as upset but this is outrageous.
I’ve been looking for a good curly cut FOREVER. Tess is wonderful!! I always leave feeling so pretty, and she makes it look effortless 😊 10/10
The environment when walking in is amazing. I’m always greeted with a friendly smile & a hello even when they are on the phone or with another customer. The owner goes above & beyond for her customers. Highly recommend.
I walked in today with my two year old son. Tess, was so sweet and patient with him! I will definitely come back for his haircuts and thinking of making myself an appointment with her too. Thank you Tess ❤️
