Awful. We have tried on multiple occasions to enter during business hours but are turned away because the staff is not not interested in helping. Instead they have they feet up on the furniture with their shoes on reading their phones, not kidding. They did not turn us away due to covid restriction. "We are no longer allowing any more customers because we have other things to take care of" He then proceeded to the couch and put his feet up, this was at 3:45pm. No wonder they are going out of business.
Unfortunately Bo Concept has lost a customer. We purchased a media console that we intended to put our sound bar in. We discussed this in store with the sales associate. When we received the unit, we discovered it severely impacted the sound quality. This was never discussed as a possibility with the sales associate and there is no way we could have tested this in store ahead of time.
