my car was overheating and i could not figure out why. i thought i may have blew the head gasket but i had to be sure. thats when i went online and read all these amazing reviews but how great bockman is. dont believe the hype. first off if your student with a bad car they will not give you the time of day. he tells me to drop it off and they'll take a look. four days later I call THEM back and ask them if they looked at it yet. he says yeah. he says it keeps overheating and its the head gasket. he then proceeds to tell me t... read more

I thought about the on going joke of paying for John's vacations or a wing in the service bay....Bockman's is top-notch. My wife and I trust John and his crew with our vehicles and with the honesty of the transactions. The customer service is top-notch as well. I can't think of a problem his business can't fix, and at reasonable prices. In this day and age, it's really nice to know that someone waits to fix something until you get a chance to discuss the problem - no pressure is ever made.
