While I know a few, I just sent my next door neighbor to Bockman's for a repair I noticed he needed and they took care of him like he was their best friend. The best car repair experience I've had to date. This is the place you want to go if you're at all daunted by the thought of taking your car into a shop. All of the employees I encountered were friendly and very helpful. This company is a pleasure to work with. They are genuinely concerned with making sure their customers are satisfied. If you don't know anything about cars these guys will make sure you understand what's actually wrong with your car and what needs to happen in order to fix it. A top-notch establishment.
Stay Away I dont understand all of the positive reviews on this place. I give them an F. They had my car for 24 days!!! And to make it even worse, they did not initiate contact with me once in that time to keep me informed on the progress, or lack thereof. I made weekly calls, and every time was basically told to stop calling, we'll call you when its done. Terrible communication. I asked for a quote multiple times and NEVER GOT ONE. Bockman's Auto Care I blew out a brake line on my truck and had it towed to this AAA recommended shop. I made the right choice; initially I just planned on going to Merlin. Sam kept in touch with me every step of the way as I had to leave town for the weekend. The cost for service wasn't even half of what I expected. A business that you can trust! Bockman's is definitely a shop that I feel I can recommend to others. In a place where many shops in the area make you feel like you're being taken advantage of, or charge you for every little thing, even to look at your car to see whats wrong, it was nice to do business with a group of people that seemed to really care about me and my situation.
World Class repair Bockmans has saved me car's life on several occasions....they are very knowledgable and personable. A+ service. Would recommend, and have recommended them to several of my associates. In fact, my car is in need of repair again...so I think I will call them now.
Great Service and Honest I needed my tire fixed quickly and they also needed to be rotated. I also had been putting off having my son's car looked at. It had been acting up in multiple ways. My concern was safety and not spending a lot of money as it is very "used". So we took both cars in at the same time. They got me in and on my way quickly.
