RENTED a year. Hired THIEVES and druggies to do maintenance. ASKED NUMEROUS times for repairs, not done. Never returned my DEPOSIT. Advice, STAY AWAY.
If i could give negative stars i would. These people are so money hungry from one week we owed 40 left of our rent to the next week we are 800 behind on rent with an eviction notice and lawyer letter. Multiple times I had to show receipts to prove to them how much i owe because they would either lose them or want to say we didnt pay. Plus the apartment itself was so badly insulated that the windows would have a sheet of ice on the inside. There was black mold in about every room causing my fiance and I to be constantly sick.... read more
Rented a year. Bad maintenance, requested repairs and was ignored. Maintenance crew was rude and one worker was a pill head.
