Today was a significant milestone in my journey to better vision. One month ago, with the recommendation of my Optometrist, Dr Linda Kuhn, I had refractive lens exchange at the Bochner Eye Institute. PRK surgery went well but it took forever to book and just overall poor customer service. Especially from a "Bonnie G."
Dr Fatimah Gilani was amazing and definitely knows her stuff when it comes to retina. I'm glad I went with her as the consultation made me super at ease. The cataract surgery she performed was amazing she fixed my near and intermediate vision and the IOL is very clear post surgery. I came here for a free consultation and the staff that did my eye tests was fine but my disappointment came when I got appointed my surgical consultant. Peter got assigned to me and I’m not sure if this is normal standard for Bochner but his replies were very slow and barely responsive. Despite this, I still wanted to proceed with getting my LASIK done here because they are a well known eye institute.
