Had recent cataract surgery. One eye vision good, the left eye had retinal tears a week following surgery. Bochner Absolutely no help. no advice, no explanation. I recommend going to a hospital or clinic where the surgeons have a better understanding of retinas, and can treat you when things go wrong. ultimately I paid a lot of money and can’t see out of one eye and may require additional surgery which they aren’t qualified to perform. From the moment I walked in, the staff from Cassandra to Heather were welcoming and professional, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Canceled on me last minute very unprofessional. Ended costing me a lost day of work
It’s been a year since my PRK surgery performed by Dr. Stein. It was a positively life-changing experience and I wish I did it sooner. The receptionist to the follow-up doctors were amazing. My only constructive comment is the nurse during my surgery lacked compassion. I shared my anxiety and she basically threw a squeeze ball at me!
I was referred here by my optometrist for LASIK, and I’m so glad I chose to go with Bochner. Dr. Rebecca Stein did my surgery and she was so nice to talk to and I could feel how much she cared for her patients having a good surgery and result. I had extreme astigmatism and very bad vision and now, almost a year out from surgery, I have zero issues and my vision is 20/20. I never thought I’d have a life without glasses/contacts.
