Dr Fatimah Gilani had such an attitude which you would not tolerate from someone working retail let alone a “distinguished professional “. She disgraced the name Bochner eye institute. I am a patient of 15 years with Bochner. Very disappointed with entire experience going back a decade and a half up till today. It’s been a little over a month since I had my LASIK done by Dr Raymond Stein and my follow up appts with Dr Lao. The office is so welcoming and they took care of me so well during the procedure as well as all of my follow up appts making sure all my questions are answered and going out of their way to make sure I’m comfortable. 100/10 recommended they are so diligent and ensure the best work is being done!
I had PRK surgery here and had a fantastic experience. The initial consult was very informational, and helped me understand exactly what I was getting myself into, as well as helped me decide which procedure was right for me specifically. It has been over 2 months since my lasik procedure with Dr Gilani and i am very pleased with the results! Every staff member i encountered at Bochner was kind and pleasant. I wish i did this sooner! Absolutely 0 regrets with getting this procedure done... it's life changing! Highly recommend Bochner to anyone looking into eye surgery.
