Unethical Dealership I made a deal to purchase a used Honda Odyssey on Thursday September 29 with sales rep Ron Cornwell. I also made the required $500 deposit and my credit card was charged. My family went to pick up the car on October 4, and we were told by Ron that the car was sold over the weekend. According to Ron, Steve Kemos (manager) authorized this. car shopping I looked at the Toyota dealership while car shopping last year. There was a big inventory to pick from and the salesperson was friendly and professional.
New cars Shopped here with my wife last year. Sales people were friendly and they had a huge inventory. Organization of the lot was a bit awkward making it difficult to see some vehicles but this was probably due to the big selection. If you interested in Toyota I would recommend them.
Shame on them We walked in on Friday and talked about numbers for a new car. We had to leave so my husband could get to work and we said we would get back to them on Saturday. They called several times that evening to try and negotiate with us. They had already offered us the low price of $13'500. They called again on Saturday morning and talked with my husband.
