1 star. Nucar cold messaged me through my private AutoTrader listing trying to buy my vehicle. I never reached out to them or asked for an offer. My 2024 4Runner with only 6,200 miles is listed for $54,000 and they came in at $46,500 while pitching it as a “quick and easy” sale. If I wanted to wholesale my vehicle to a dealer, I would have contacted one. Pretty annoying way to solicit private sellers and a complete waste of my time.

They explained financing, warranties, and vehicle features clearly, making the purchase easy and stress-free. My car was delivered on schedule, clean, and in excellent condition. Excellent service, fair pricing, and trustworthy staff—I highly recommend this dealership.

If there was a score less than 1 star..they earned it. Paid $60k cash for a used F350 with 64k miles. Month and a half later the vehicle needed a new transmission. The dealer did everything they could to ignore my requests for help with the issue. The GM couldn't be bothered to return my phone calls. This dealership is a joke...very unprofessional. I'd never do business with these clowns again and will go out of my way to steer business away from this hackarama.
I'm at a dealer in SC who had a customer buying a car and registering in MA, since we're still small, we don't have the software to look up out of state fees beyond NC. Out of desperation I called Nucar and Eddie picked up and without hesitation he walked me through tax rate and fees. If he's willing to do that for someone who is 7 states south without benefit, I'm sure he's willing to do more to make sure his customers are happy. Thank you Eddie.
