They were rude and demeaning to my daughter during her first car purchase. They treated her poorly and didn’t communicate. Then she had a free oil change and is currently on the highway with the car smoking because of something they did and their response was to have her call a toe trick which could take over an hour instead of immediately getting out there and fixing a dangerous situation. TERRIBLE!!!
They are really nice but I did not get the price I want for my car
Went into the dealership requesting to test drive a Palisade… was walked out to the lot w/out any keys to actually test drive & had to wait additional time to then wait for my license to be checked. Sales rep didn’t provide an overview of the vehicle during test drive resulting in me having to pose all questions to get any info. Being my 1st dealership stop, it was refreshing to go to the 2nd where I was offered water & a more professional experience.
This is by far one of the best car purchasing experiences I have had. The team was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to make sure my customer experience was a pleasurable one. They all worked as a team and all the employees were great! Farouq is a great salesman and a great guy! Thanks Nucar Team!
