I had the most awful experience at this dealership. I do have to say thank goodness, for Justin Griffin. He was the only one who cared to help and get my down payment back. I'm glad I went to Lexus to purchase my new vehicle.
I dealt with a terrific sales person, knowledgeable and super polite. Both the sales manager and finance managers were helpful and really made the experience great.
