Marshall and his manager Eddie at Nucar Hyundai are absolutely incredible. Zero pressure, just honest, helpful, and customer-focused. Drove home same day in a tip-top shape used EV at a great price, getting above book trade-in value for my 14-year old WRX… I’m pretty sure more than one person stayed late to get it all done for me (on a Saturday no less). Highly recommended, as it was the best purchase experience I have had in 25 years of car ownership.
Salesman was good easy to work with, not pushy with the sale. Easy process. Cons were it took a long time as they were working with other customers and I was sitting waiting for over 4 hours on and off. The finance gentleman I was working with different story… tried pushing the extended warranty even after I did not want it almost insisting I get it. Great experience. They did a great job discovering our needs and met them at a great price!
Do not buy from this location or any Hyundai for that matter. They don’t honor there warranty that they say is the best in the business. I took my vehicle there today 3/4 for a check engine light issue that has been reoccurring for 25,000 miles and they won’t do the work that I want them to do. I took my vehicle to a trusted mechanic to do the same work this previous summer.
