Our salesman Mark at the Norwood location was truly the best. He did everything in his power to make the transaction as seamless as possible. I would highly recommend Mark if you want a trusted, kind, thorough salesperson. He was truly the best!
The customer service was great after I explained to them it was my first time there. They were more than happy to slow down and explain how things work. My only issue was the rental they provided me with was dirty inside and out. Other than that, superb. The young lady who checked the car for return did so very thoroughly and found my work phone I had dropped down beside the seat. I will definitely return for the life of the car.
