Biff was fantastic
My experience was great. I have a Spanish speaking mother and she’s doesn’t speak English very well. Katherine was our sales person, she was able to switch between languages with my Spanish speaking mom and me. Katherine was patient throughout the whole process with me and my family. She was quick, attentive to detail, and an overall joy to purchase my car from. Sales person ( Jonathan. S) Worked w/ me to find something in my price range that worked. Very personable. Down side was they were very busy on a Sunday . Had to wait over 2 hrs. To meet with purchaser to finalize the finance . I leaased. W/ a trade in. Went to my insurance agency,on Monday still waiting on some finalize paper work that was not faxed.
