I wanted to finance my brand new 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab RST from Nucar Boch Chevrolet with my personal finance company Navy ******************** (NFCU). The dealership finance person I talked to stated that I had to file the loan paperwork through one of their companies, and after, I could refinance it through my credit union. They said they fixed my windshield recall after waiting for two hours they came & told me they fixed the *********** wipers still dont work. Then proceeded to tell me that they dont know what the issue is and I would have to pay a diagnostic fee for them to even find out what the issue is then pay to fix the issue. Left without anything being fixed
Boch installed an after market automatic start on my car when I leased it in 2019. The remote start is not working the dealership informed me it was still under warranty. Long story short since they did not use a GMC product from their dealership they cannot issue me a new fob. I called the company the job was outsourced to gave them my information and I was told u nless I have proof of purchase they cannot send me a new fob. Do not buy from this dealership. They add extra fees to the purchase of a car and do not do what they promise. Needed work done on a used vehicle I purchased from them that they promised would be taken care of, but they didn't. Had to pay out of pocket. Also, the car had never been properly serviced, based on the *** report. More money out of pocket. Do not trust this dealership. There are better and more reliable dealerships out there and this is not one of them.
Received call from Boch regarding specific make and model and price was told they had 2 or 3 of them in stock. Drove right there we were 20 minutes away. Test drive the car and when we got back they said they sold that car to someone else that morning. Clearly they lied. Do dont trust them.
On February 2, 2021, I started looking at pick-up trucks. I visited *****, ****, ** and finally Boch Chevrolet on the auto mile. I would not recommend going to the Boch Chevrolet to purchase a vehicle. It has been almost two weeks since I made the car deal with them and I STILL have not taken possession of the vehicle. For the date of purchase, IT TOOK A WEEK TO SEND THE REGISTRATION TO THE ***. How does that happen??? Now the waiting game, while communication with the dealership being spotty at best.
the manager "Frank" tried to pull a fast one , or they do this to everyone. i was asking 6.5 K, for my trade they offered 5K. i stated no, he redid the paper work to show 6.5k for my trade. but what he did was , he add the destination charge in. that charge was $1400. the destination charge is in the price of the car already. its on the sticker of every car. when i pointed that out to him , he got upset and said the deal was off. he wasn't giving me the extra $1500 i wanted, just $100 more. I did my first service through my local **** ******** ********* since there closer and Boch Chevrolet was 30 miles from my home. **** ******** ********* told me that the 2nd service wasn't free.
