We just tried the Margherita and Cheese pizzas while at PAMEC Winery in Temecula. The owners were the ones who spoke to us as we ordered and explained it was their first time at PAMEC and they have a storefront as well. The dough was very light and tangy, almost like a sourdough. It was incredible and I could eat that alone all day. The ingredients were fresh and you can taste the knowledge and care in their product. I highly recommend this pizza to anyone in the area! You will not be disappointed!
We recently hired Bocconcini to cater a wedding rehearsal dinner/welcome party at Akash winery. Tarsia and her Bocconcini crew absolutely crushed it! We did charcuterie, fresh made pizzas, fresh made pasta and the gelato cart and every single thing was perfect! The pizzas were cooked to perfection, and so delicious.
