I've talked to her for about less than one minute in the 3 visits she has been my doctor (my old doctor left EVMS). The folks that run the phones at EVMS are TERRIBLE too, they are so rude and make you feel terrible about everything, seriously just the worst customer service for the kind of work that is being done there. I could go on a rant here like other folks, but just please save your time and money and check out some other places.
Dr. Bocca is the worst fertility doctor we have ever seen. We went to her because my wife has almost two tube blocked. Even though knowing that she did lots of lab works and a cycle by ovulating both ovaries. When that failed, she told us to go for the IVF. We started the treatment knowing that she may be a good doctor. But she mistakenly chose wrong stimulation protocol. Dr. Bocca give her 300 units of gonal F for 11 days. I have been seeing Dr Bocca for so many years I don't know how long been.. She is the sweetest Dr. She has been with me through hell and back and always stands by me and asks if there is anything she can do. I can get a hold of her whenever I need to. If I email her I get a call back from her faster than I ever expect and I'm so appreciative of that. She asks about my other health matters when I see her. I've been seeing Dr. Bocca for over 10 years, and while it can be frustrating to navigate such a large practice, I've always received excellent, comforting care and can always reach Dr. Bocca herself with any problems.
