Michelle was amazing. I went in looking to see if my frames were still being sold in store and i walked out with all fixed glasses. my glasses got eaten by my dog and i thought there was no chance of fixing but Michelle proved me wrong. she went above and beyond for me thank you so much !!
Not much of a leave-a-bad-review person, but today was so bad I had to. After reading recent reviews and hearing about new ownership, my experience today sadly makes sense. I had gone here in the past and always had a good experience, plus a decent enough visit 2 weeks ago for a contact lens exam. Went back today for a full eye exam with dilation, only to be told there was no doctor present. My appt was still showing on the calendar, but apparently they had not confirmed the appt - which I made IN PERSON 2 weeks prior. Nobod... read more
The doctor was nice, but I got a bloody eye 3 days after my eye exam and retinal screening, which looked very scary and has never happened to me before. The whole top part of my eye was red and bloody. It looked like a subconjunctival hemorrhage. When I called and went in person, the person on the front desk had zero empathy and stated that I had to pay and schedule a new appointment for $125, otherwise the doctor could not look at it.
