I had an extremely disappointing experience. . I was initially told that my prescription would be ready in approximately one week. After two and a half weeks passed without any update, I called and was told someone would return my call, but no one did. After nearly three weeks and multiple attempts to follow up, my glasses finally arrived with an incorrect prescription. Dr. Adriana Garcia is excellent with Ortho-K, and her experience and expertise are immediately evident in the exam room. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain the treatment process clearly. Her attention to detail and confidence made us feel very comfortable with the care we received.
