Customer Service could use some improvement, I wasn’t greeted upon my arrival, but here is a side by side comparison of what I requested versus what I received. This was last year so I don’t know if they are better improved but I hope so, never came here again it was a nightmare I’m afraid Also my cuticles were bleeding and shaved off

Such a wonderful place😁. Great Staff! 👍Fina was so attentive to my needs. Always smiling and made me feel so comfortable. She even put up with my ticklish feet and uncontrollable laughter. They are very professional as well as talented. I highly recommend a visit.(make an appointment, they fill up quickly)

I have been going to Bocasa for over 5 years now. I have gone to Fena the entire time and I rave about her. I have 5 girls and she handles my oldest 3 with so much professionalism and kindness. Fena is very meticulous with my nails and very seasoned. Fena treats us with such love we look at her like family. I have tried many nail salons and this is the only one that truly understood what I need and now my girls. I would follow fena anywhere.
