The assistant manager Filipe has ruined the wash, the employees etc. He is a nasty miserable person. Horrible customer service. The manager is good. But this guy should be fired. Called me rude names and yelled profanities at me across the line packed with customers. I used to love to go there every weekend. Not now. It’s horrible. Only have great things to say about here. I bring all my vehicles here for detail staff pays attention to detail and they will give 100% to ensure the customer is always happy.
Lazy workers. $20 for a car wash and I had to ask them to wipe my door jams and a spot of dirt on my door.
Best wash in boca I'm there least once a week and never have has a bad experience
Did a great job and car looks awesome a week later. Also, without asking they removed a bunch of glue marks on one of the windows, from an old decal I had.
