Ok, it isn't your Bubbes brisket. It is better, sorry Bubbe. Smoked perfectly, tender and oh so moist. The sides I tried were perfect. Healthy slaw and collards. My dining partners tried the ribs and the fried chicken and proclaimed them both perfection. The hoppin John and cornbread were a southerners dream.. We also tried the corned beef and the pastrami. We went for the first time last night and every single thing we had was amazing! We had the brisket and pulled pork egg rolls to start and we were amazed by how good and fresh they were. Wow. We also had the baby back ribs, wings, fried chicken, sweet fries, rubbed fries and cornbread. I honestly don't have one single complaint. Had take out last nite and ordered chicken and pulled pork was not close to 1/2 lb and chicken was not cooked corn bread was sorta frozen
