I called the guy because of his 5 star rating. He came to see the site, I trusted he would do a good job and he was to send a quote. In the next 2 weeks, I called so many times to get a quote, left messages. The guy never called back, never sent a quote, he completely disappeared. I don’t mind if someone doesn’t want to do a job but that someone should honestly convey the message. I even left that note on one of the messages. Disappointing….
Lucien was fabulous! Not only did he sand and refinish existing floors, he laid an entire master bedroom as well. My floors that are 25 years old look brand new! They are magnificent !! I love them and he is a true professional!!
AMAZING!!! I could not be more in love with my floors, they are perfection! He did exactly what we wanted and was very patient with us as we went back and fort on color combos. No surprise fees, he quoted us, did the work EFFICIENTLY, and that was it :) Even came back to touch up some spots that my painter messed up (for free). 100% recommend.
