Lousy lists apt at a price and they say they are available and when you go they tell you that the price you saw is wrong, that is not the price.
Update: My only "beef" is the pest control person (an Asian dude)...not the company....that they consistently used. He's not good...at all!! When it's some other person than him, it makes a difference.
Lived here @ M103 in 2021. I had to break my twelve month lease at six months because the BLACK MOLD inside the unit was extremely hazardous. After developing asthmatic symptoms (which I never had a day in my life)...I had to go to Dr to get an Inhaler. Doctor told me to get a mold test done in my home. That's when I had to call a private mold inspection agency to come to my unit, because the maintenance man that Boca sent to my unit was one of their own, so I knew his report and readings were false.
