I've only been here a few months and my experience has not been the best. First, I agree with everything the below review had to say. The unit I was originally going to get wasn't available, a different unit was assigned. They sent me a map to see where in the community it was. I wasn't sure so I decided to leave work and check it out. To my surprise, it was next to the dumpster and the patio faced a busy car wash. They don't show you that on the map. Dear prospective tenant, please be aware that the walls are concernedly thin, with the floors being even thinner. If you happen to have upstairs neighbors, may they not be as rambunctious as the ones we encountered. If you choose to reside here, may your neighbors be considerate and your ears not be graced with the sounds of their stomping, their children playing, but sounding much of the same, sporadic love making, or deciding to vacuum at 2 AM.
