Boca Vista Apartments has been, by far, one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. Renter beware: when we moved in, our refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer were all broken. It took 2 months to get the washer fixed, 4 months for the dishwasher, and 7 months for the refrigerator—and that only happened after I escalated the issue to the district manager. This is the type of environment you will live in if you choose to live here. Every time your ac cuts on you will smell mold. You will live among delinquents, and amongst prostitution. The amenities are all broken, including one of the pools. The gym equipment are 95% broken. There is so much police activity it’s concerning. You will have to learn to live among roaches. As you see by the pictures there is a pest problem. Black mold is everywhere. I’ve decided to get legal representation and terminate my lease.
Lousy lists apt at a price and they say they are available and when you go they tell you that the price you saw is wrong, that is not the price.
Update: My only "beef" is the pest control person (an Asian dude)...not the company....that they consistently used. He's not good...at all!! When it's some other person than him, it makes a difference.
