My husband and I closed on our condo this week. Everyone we met were so welcoming! Scott, Jill, Michael and Annie onboarded us quickly with keys, FOBs and APPs all with a smile. The lobby, common space, pool and grounds are immaculate. This condo is a hidden gem on the intracoastal with deeded beach access and pet friendly too! We are looking forward to making great vacation memories with our children.

Newly renovated building as of 2025 and a whole new management team. Great place to live. The staff does their best to take care of everything. Pet friendly and the dogs have their own beautiful dog walk. Dogs enter through the garage, not the lobby, and don't bother anyone.
The white old guy on the front desk needs to tone down on the racism a little bit. It is not a good look at South Florida
