Super high HOA,no gym,no gates,no security but amazing views from balcony
condo2 has maintenance neglect issues for years now ! Parking lots never completed, Asphalt deteriorating by the day ! , both elevators are not upgraded, paint appearance not kept up annually ! We bought here and regret purchasing at this property and it’s just not myself either! There are very nice , and properly maintained condos in the Boca Teeca association , just not at 5401 or 5104 nw 2 ave 33487 addresses don’t purchase here , Trust me!
