RecommendedAwesome facility, super clean, very nice staff and very secure.
I've been a faithful customer for over 11 years. During my tenure, they moved into a larger unit with a better rate. In the last 18 months they without explanation put me at the top rate. When I asked to speak to the owner, they said he refused and that's the current rate, period. An 11 year great paying, easy going tenant means nothing to this company. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else where they value the customer. I guess this is how he helped pay for his office remodel?
